Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the App. Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. User-Generated Content Rules

You are solely responsible for the text, images, and videos you post. You strictly agree NOT to upload or transmit content that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or obscene.
Infringes upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Contains sexually explicit material or graphic violence.

2. Content Moderation, Reporting, and Penalties

To maintain store compliance with Apple and Google Play, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

Reporting: Users can flag any objectionable content or user behavior inside the App using the "Report" feature.
Moderation: We actively review flagged items and reserve the right to remove or obscure content within 24 hours of submission.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently ban any user account that violates these guidelines.

3. Copyright Infringement (DMCA Policy)

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent at support@peritussystems.com with a formal DMCA takedown notice containing all legally required details.

4. Limitations of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for any content posted by users or any damages resulting from your use of the App.
